7 Day Exchange Policy/Credit notes

You can exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of  purchase.
All Special orders, custom-made merchandise, and earrings will not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in good condition, not worn/altered, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates).
Sale Priced Items can be exchanged up to 7 days from the date of purchase.  If you would like to pick out your new jewellery at a later date,
Gold Star Jewellers will readily issue a credit note for the full amount of the original purchase or any amount remaining after exchange.
Your Gold Star Jewellers credit note must be used up to 6 months from the original date of purchase.
 Merchandise that has been altered or worn, will not be accepted for Exchange, and deemed a "FINAL SALE".
The acceptance of the Exchange of any merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Gold Star Jewellers. 

 
 

ONLINE PURCHASES

14 Day Exchange Policy

 

Online purchases you can exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
 All Special orders, Lab diamonds,”items that state 2-3 weeks to custom create”
and earrings will not be accepted for exchange and deemed a "FINAL SALE".
All Sale Priced Items, can be Exchanged Only, up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
Upon connecting with a Gold Star Jewellers Customer Service Representative, arrangements to have your shipment returned via  Canada Post, FedEx or other shipping providers, will be presented at the expense of the client. For your protection, every Exchange shipment must be insured at the expense of the client. Any authorized returns will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee, min $25, if any shipment from the U.S incurs a Customs Broker fee, this will also be deducted from the total.
If the you receive an additional discount from the posted "Sale price" or use our Layaway Plan or Afterpay, it will be deemed a final Sale.

We will provide you complete step-by-step instructions on how to process your Exchange. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Gold Star Jewellers Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments without the Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will be refused.
